In the online gaming industry, a leading technology supplier is a GiG (Gaming Innovation Group). on Thurs day, it announces that it signed a letter of intent with an unnamed German-facing iGaming operator. The deal is, for the new online casino operators, GiG will provide backend technology.
With an established German facing operator, a letter of intent signed by the gaming technology supplier (GiG). At least four years, the deal of new online casino will last, and on a shared revenues model, it will base on. Under an MGA license, the pair will operate and try to obtain the German license when it becomes possible.
Shared Revenue Partnership for 4 Years
In the 2021 third quarter, the established gaming operator’s new online casino expects to go live and at least for four years, it deals with GiG. For the business vertical, a revenue shared model agreed to utilize by both parties.
Regarding the new partner, GiG provides only a few details and did not specify the iGaming operator’s name. It is a privately-owned company. The management team runs it. In an online casino, it boasts significant experience—the iGaming operator running the online gaming successfully with several online casino brands success records.
Under MGA License
In 2021’s second half, a new online casino partnership expects to contribute to GiG’s revenue. Under the Malta Gaming Authority’s license, the pair will operate and obtaining German consent is a clear intention.
“In advance of the German regulations we provide our core GiG platform to them and we are pleased. To other brands which are noteworthy our current offerings are making complements. With our new partner we are looking for a successful and long-term relationship,” said the CEO of GiG, Richard Brown.
For GiG, the second online casino partner is the unnamed German facing iGaming operator. In February, GiG (the gaming technology supplier) agreed with this iGaming operator.
In New Jersey, the upcoming online casino PlayStar, GiG teamed up early this month. GiG teamed up with the upcoming online casino to become the backend expertise supplier for the brand.
