Since April 2020, Jason Guyot acted as the chief executive and assumed the duties of president for full-time and Foxwoods Resort Casino’s chief executive and is run by the Pequot Tribal Nation.
To serve in Pequot Tribal Nation of Mashantucket, the first chief executive member of Foxwoods is Guyot; over last year, he took responsibility after doing the office for nine months; before that, he was resort operations, senior vice president.

Because of the pandemic, Foxwoods had a tough year. In 2020, for two months, the company had to shut down. Two thousand employees leave by the company but reopened quickly, and to bring workers back it was quick enough. In Puerto Rico, the EI Sand Juan Casino reopened by the company in January, from the pandemic marking a continued recovery.
