- Define an ideal strategy and lead, direct and execute all the necessary implementation
- Provide required leadership to start, negotiate, direct, lead and manage all kinds of initiatives in fulfilling the mission, vision, strategy, and values of the Authority
- Restructure, refurbish and sustain the existing branding and positioning of MGA as well as further develop and promote all the founding principles of transparency and fairness of the organization
- Ensure effective and respectful communication between the stakeholder and the Board, including the management and development of working relationship with existing and possible key partners
- Plan, develop, lead and pace the One MGA team for gaining maximum performance
- Be highly result-driven and monitor the financial performance of MGA

An ideal candidate should also have:
A university degree
- Experience in the position of a Senior Executive
- Effective team management ability
- Executive-level presence to be an effective representation of MGA in public during networking and giving business presentations
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly and to master a wide range of relation in both private and public sectors
- Extraordinary leadership with exceptional communication skills
- Any experience in the betting industry will be considered an advantage.
