A Reasonable Way Out
IPI is now obligated to take its break for a week, according to Judge’s order. After that, the Judge will expect the latest update from IPI. That update has been expected to reflect the capability of IPI to comply with the approval that took to the court’s contemplate. If the company can present evidence that it has paid all five due payrolls, the contemplate will also be abolished.
