Objection from IPI Stopped the Construction of Imperial Palace

The DOL pleaded CNMI Judge Ramona Manglona to take measures, and she has. The Judge ordered IPI to halt all its activities except those which are associated with the security and payroll.

A Reasonable Way Out

IPI is now obligated to take its break for a week, according to Judge’s order. After that, the Judge will expect the latest update from IPI. That update has been expected to reflect the capability of IPI to comply with the approval that took to the court’s contemplate. If the company can present evidence that it has paid all five due payrolls, the contemplate will also be abolished.

Many wondered why the company could not be able to pay without having to be drawn into court. Various sources have said that IPI has already managed to find a support of funds and will start to issue due paychecks to all its employees.
